Russell Moccasins- Camp Moccasins
Even though I'm completely over topsiders, these are the only moccasins/boat shoes I've seen lately that I'd actually wear. Extremely smart.Check em out.
-I'll be out of town the next few days having a much needed vacation in the northeast. I will definitely be documenting parts of my trip, so expect a flood of posts starting Tuesday when I'm back in Texas.

So i found this picture and could'nt help but notice how the kid on the left is pretty much styled the way I've been dressing almost everyday -minus the chains and cap of course. ( If only i was that hood.) The Uniform: Kaki Levi 511's, My blue dead kenedys tshirt, vintage army shirt, Clae sneakers.

Up There is a beautiful documentary on the lost art of painted advertisements.
If you have not noticed, there has been a trend of videos celebrating tradesmen on my blog. The dedication and pride in attention to detail of the worker who masters his craft has always been an inspiration to how I pursue my art. -In addition to great imagery, I'm pretty sure that's The Album Leaf lurking as the background music.
PRPS Fall/Winter 2010 Men’s Collection Lookbook
Ive blogged about my interest in denim smocks before and definitely plan on finding the right one this summer in anticipation for colder layering weather later this year. PRPS offers a simply detailed version of their own denim smock in their Fall/Winter lookbook which has a slimmer silhouette then I've seen before, but is none the less styled quite well. The entire collection continues this motif of subtle, rougher interest to classic looks, which is often the route i find my own style leaning. - ok. Why does this dude look like he's just been offended and trying to think of a clever comeback?
